Well done Jengga… and Zaza!
Friday, May 27th, 2005i’m not fond of cats, i dont hate them, i’m nice to them if they’re nice to me (stay away from me and keep their distance). but eversince i met jengga, he’s my ideal cat. how i want all cats to be. i dont mind having one just like jengga. he knows what to do when i’m around, and i can finally touch one, stroke one and be comfortable around one. i came to love jengga more and more when we meet.
they brought this one cat, fierce cat named coral for jengga (ok la, pretty, nice eyes, nice fury body, nice legs, clean) hoping she would solve jengga’s problems/issues! hahaha. i first looked at her, and i knew straight away she’d bully him. jengga was very persistant and very patient not to mention loyal! (hardy insists he follows his tuan), stood patiently outside coral’s cage, sniffing the cage, then the wall, then slowly crawled closer to coral. then this coral punyalah garang (konon-nya jual mahal, i can understand). i told hardy and khaizul that this is domestic violence, there’s tonnes of other pretty cats in kl i’m sure! jengga deserves a nice, good, well mannered, soft, caring, gentle cat. coral just refuse to be nice!! this was matchmade in hell and don let him suffer! i even tried to help jengga to distract coral while he attack her from behind! failed! we left them together, nak kasi chan but i felt so scared of jengga. kot kot dia attack jengga sampai tinggal tulang je (yes, that garang). hardy said, tak apa, it’ll be ok. after a day, we came back from tesco, we saw both their furs flying everywhere! coral’s out of her cage and sat lazily next to jengga. finally, jengga did it! yeyheyyy! hahaha!! well done jengga! all those patience and struggling paid off! but i still think jengga deserves a nice, humble cat!
we had vongole, yes kharis, again! we cooked together this time. shared the responsibility
mushroom soup (with loads of black pepper!!) and garlic bread. way too cool dinner, me and hardy, not to mention jengga and coral was there too. we then left for the range, hardy wanted to hit some golf balls. kharis decided to join us. i watched hardy hit using his (correct me if i’m wrong) 5 iron, 9 iron, and some other clubs or sticks (hehe) AND later his taylormade r7. the sound of it, its like hitting a good solid forehand cross court for me. it was so cool watching both kharis and hardy whack those balls. i believe we hit 200? hardy left a few for me to try at the end. both taught me how to grip, hold and swing. watching them was easy, and i thought golf was easy, swinging must be easy. its not actually. i was wrong. i had to stand slightly away and bend my knees, leaving me in a very awkward position to hit the ball. i hit it anyway!!! jauh la jugak, i think it went, er.. 10 meters? am i right boys? i kindda like it now (after hitting 8 balls or so!) hahahah!! will definitely follow hardy to the range again, with good coaches, with proper attire and understanding of the game this time.
i cut my hair, short dah. i’ve always wanted long hair, but i suppose change is good. besides, it will grow… 4 inches by december? i hope so!
i’ve never been this happy and comfortable at the same time. patience has its rewards. he shares and ask for my opinion on almost every major thing he needs to decide, and we talk about it. everyday i learn something new from him. from plastics to human behaviour. today, i must learn to be positive about songs, not to ‘euighh’ too many songs and just enjoy them, and how we should be doing our responsibilities willingly for God will InsyaAllah reward us if not now, later. i love both him and jengga more and more each day (jengga slightly lesser tho).
